If you're over 21, have not received dental work in the last two years, and your HITIQ intra-oral scan is less than two years old, you can order a replacement HITIQ Smart Mouthguard. If the item has been updated since the last time you purchased it, we'll upgrade you to our latest hardware at no additional charge.
If you need to re-scan once the HITIQ Smart Mouthguard is purchased, contact us at support@hitiq.co for more details to organise an intra-oral scan at a selected dental clinic. After the scan, the clinic will provide us with your custom intra-oral 3D scan to HITIQ, and we will manufacture the Smart Mouthguard within 15 days.
We offer free shipping for all our products. We'll ship the replacement mouthguard direct to you within 15 days of HITIQ receiving your intra-oral scan. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us at support@hitiq.co for more details.
