One year warranty is provided as per our Terms and Conditions, which can be found in the HITIQ Smart Mouthguard App here.
We'll ship the mouthguard direct to you free of charge within 15 days of HITIQ receiving your intra-oral scan.

Once the clinic provides us with your custom intra-oral 3D scan, we will manufacture the Smart Mouthguard within 15 days.
We’ll courier your custom mouthguard direct to your door. If any further adjustment is needed you can go back to the clinic for a fitting.
